Families are welcome to call the center to set up an appointment to visit, or they may stop by at any time. Our office staff will answer any questions, show families around the center, introduce them to the classroom staff, and review the enrollment paperwork.

The following forms must be on file before your child may attend:

1. Enrollment/Emergency Information
2. Parent/Center Agreement
3. Permission To Pick-Up Child/Children
4. Parental Permission Form
5. Immunization Record
6. Child Portrait
7. WV Department of Education Application for Free and Reduced  Meals
8. Birth Certificate (VPK students only)

The center must have a health record, signed by your child’s physician, giving a history of communicable disease, immunizations, and other pertinent information within 30 days of enrollment and every two years thereafter. (Special dietary needs form must be noted by a physician.) If forms are not returned within the 30 days you will risk losing your child’s spot.

The first week of tuition is to be paid at time of enrollment. Fees for the upcoming week are due by Friday of each week. Fees are based upon reserved space, not the child’s attendance. (There is no charge for children enrolled only in VPK.)
